Worst service I have ever had, came from EVERY OTHER OFFICE EXCEPT the Alum Creek Dr., Columbus,ohio office. There, they are considerate, fast, and knowledgeable. Cleo is AMAZING!! My regret is that he isn't a manager over the Columbus Area. He treats each customer as if they were his own Family. I would have left Time Warner Cable months ago due to your customer service and their total incompetence, which is only exceded by your billing department staff and its arrogance. <br /> Last year my credit card was compromised. The card was cancelled and my payment to Time Warner didn't go through. In the subsequent conversation with Customer Service,I explained that it would be easier to just take the money from my checking account. Unfortunatly, the person taking the call wrote my account number wrong. So your brilliant billing department penalized me by making me go to an office with cash to pay my bill. Humiliating and incredibly poor customer service. Why didn't they call and get the correct number from me? Personally, I don't care how stupid the people are that you hire...but it will bite you one day. As a result of your incompetence, the upside is that I met Cleo at the Alum Creek office and he is an exemplary employee. He has always treated me with the utmost respect, and Time Warner would do well to hire a virtual army of employees just like him. I can't stand Time Warner and the mess you have made of it...but it IS worth it to stay...because of the professsionalizm of one man that does his job the right way....CLEO! By the way, the billing department's harrassment was to end in April when they would &quot;accept&quot; another kind of payment. NEWS FLASH...I will never make a payment to those bastards! Cleo accepts my payment, treats me fairly, and i don't have to deal with the idiots at the Ivory Tower Billing Department.
