ON Saturday evening April 9, 2016 I went online and ordered a Panasonic 2.2Cu Ft 1250Watt Microwave Oven Stainless, that I expected to be Brand New in a box. After I completed my transaction, there was a message that said I would receive an email when my order was ready. After about an hour without receiving an email, I called the store at 2391 S. Wayside Drive where I requested to pick up the Microwave, and spoke with Giovanni who told me "YES" your order is ready for pickup. At no time did he tell me that when I got to the store he would go through the doors behind the pick up counter and bring me out a microwave that was not in a box, and the top of it was full of DUST. When Giovanni brought it out I asked him "what is this", he insisted that it was new and that it was a display item. After I pointed out all the dust on it, he offered me a discount that I could only get if I paid for it with different money. He stated that I could not use the money that I had already paid. I would have to wait for that money to be put back on my card 5-7 days. Which is ridiculous, because Walmart didn't wait 5-7 days to take my payment. I had been in the store personally earlier that morning, and there was only one Panasonic 2.2 on display on the floor and it was definitely not dusty like that.
