Original Comment I was in this store on Sat. April 23, 2016. I purchased items that equalled $39.41. When I returned to Illinois and looked at my bank statement, it showed that your store DOUBLED my transaction charging me $78.82. I have contacted my bank and they did ask me to contact your store Southhaven, MS. I spoke with the manager Ronnie today (April 28, 2016) he took my number and was going to contact your cooperate office to get this transaction corrected and credit my account $39.41. I let my bank know that this was going to happen and they will not be pursuing any actions unless they see that your Cooperate Office has not corrected this error. I trust that after speaking with Ronnie your Cooperate Office would be getting it straighten out. Thank you for making this "computer" error on your end right. If I do not see this corrections, my bank will be pursuing legal action. If you have any questions, please contact me Diane Gruber. I do live in Illinois so therefore I am not able to go back to this location any time soon.
