Horrible service from a supervisor by the name Ben that I spoke to on Sat May 14th at 10:20am. He was calling me back to let me know that my package that they did not deliver after me staying home for two days. Would not be available for pick up today after I was told yesterday that I could pick it up between 10am and 1pm. I have been trying to get my package for the last three days and each time I was promised to get it. Ben the supervisor was very nasty and lacked customer service and told me he could not talk long with because he had another call to take. I said I am sorry but you are calling me for the third time to change my pick up info. So I would think that you would try to assist me since it is UPS fault that I do not have my package. He said you can complain to the corporate office and hung up the phone on me. WOW I could not believe that he is a supervisor and that he hung up the phone on me. I still do not have my package and I will make sure that I tell the senders of my packages to never use UPS. The faculty that he was at is the Chicago Jefferson Street Location.
