Original Comment I quit time warner cable when they raised my bill to over 200.00 a month. Then went to direct tv May 3. My phone # was ported May 5. twc is calling me the 19th threatening to disconnect me for non payment. I called them and they said the # hasn't been ported yet and they will charge me until it is.I gave them the port # and assured them it was ported May 5th and they were notified at that time. They are still trying to bill me the extra month I didn't even have their service. Still claiming the # hasn't been ported. The port completed and done with your services and you were notified MAY 5.twc says it wasn't ported even with the confirmation # Dealing with people on this level is nonsense.
