This is the kind sh** that makes people HATE Comcast. The agent fell all over himself to try to improve their customer service which we all know is horrible. He said to call him if I had any trouble, which I did. the remote would not work...again! SO surprise, surprise...there is no phone number on the card for the local store. They do not want to help you or call them. They hope you will get frustrated enough not to bother them. I am PRAYING for MetroNet.
