Original Comment I had a blood draw this morning and forgot to request a copy to be sent to me. I tried calling twice after I got home, each time for thirty minutes. There is no one coming to talk on your end, with my spending one hour on the phone. I have used your facility 3 times in 6 months. I'm dissatisfied. Susan Mead
