I had a very displeasing experience 2/18/2017 in this locations drive through.<br /> I drive up to the drive though and the drive through attendant said something that I could not understand, I assumed it was his greeting to take my order. Once I stated my order I was rudely told reminded that I was told to "hold on"<br /> I said I'm sorry I didn't hear him because he was unclear because of his rudeness I decided not to order and drive up to the window to speak with the manager. I noticed I was being ignored so I waited as he kept looking to see if I was going to drive off he finally opened the window. I asked for the manager and I informed her of his rude customer service that was unacceptable, she denied him to be rude and said she heard what he said to me and he just told me to hold on. My concern is as a manager you should not justify bad behavior nor should you argue with the customer its such a bad reflection on the store.<br /> A lot of young kids are hired and not trained on how important customer service is. Because of this one incident I will never go back to that location.
