Horrible service. We paid for two day air to be delivered on Saturday. The tracking information continued to say that the package would be delivered on time, on Saturday, all the way in to late Sunday night. The package was scanned in to the location a couple miles from our house on Friday night, yet it still has not been delivered, and it's Monday afternoon. <br /> <br /> We paid $137 to have the package delivered by Saturday, because we absolutely needed it by Sunday morning. No such luck.<br /> <br /> I have called and so far, the only person I have been able to get in touch with is in Guatemala. She said she completely understands the inconvenience that I am experiencing. I'm not sure how a lady in Guatemala can understand the inconvenience that this has caused by not receiving this package by Saturday. It has impacted more than 50 people all over Minnesota because the contents were to be handed out on Saturday, when that entire group was together. <br /> <br /> The lady on the phone said &quot;oh, you don't want to pay the $137 for the two day air?&quot; I said, &quot;are you kidding me?&quot; It's been four days and it's still not here. I could have walked to the UPS location in a half hour on Friday night and have been home in bed before anyone would have noticed.
