Original Comment Tried to call local 7th Street Parkersburg office and spoke to two different reps from Tyler Texas, Travis and Calanda. Terrible service! $200 a month to Suddenlink and their customer service is terrible. Calanda in sales laughed at my plight and passed me on to a tech ignoring my plea for her name. Rude and terrible service. Suddenlink is great until you have to call into the office then you get the run around.
