Original Comment I'm calling from a doctor's office and can't get a human to pick-up the phone. I have been trying to fax orders on a patient since yesterday . I have made several attempts to find out what is going on with the fax but can't get a person to pick up the phone. I had to speak to someone in billing to try and help get this matter resolved. Very poor quality customer service.
