Original Comment Definitely needs more than one person at this office. Went for scheduled appointment, insurance declined a test. Technician said she would call my PCP and get a new script. She didn't call to confirm that the new orders were sent. Went back this morning while my spouse went to my PCP to see if new order was faxed over. Doctors office never got a call from Quest. <br /> My wife delivered the new orders to the lab. <br /> I was told I wouldn't have to wait cause I had a scheduled appointment. Well I did have to wait.
