Original Comment In an emergency weather situation they DO NOT update their recordings so their employees know what is going on and since I work more than an hour away I need to know when the bad weather begins in my area if they are open or closed with an updated recording since all city workers are off and schools are closed with their announcements given before midnight Sunday/Monday yet Comcast has not called in to update since Sunday 9/10/17 at 5:50. <br /> <br /> <br /> It is now 7:40 and I have no knowledge as to whether or not we have work! That is very unprofessional and not safe since the roads in my city of Riverdale flood may get there to find they are closed and then after another 1.5 hours travel back home not be able to get to my home. Thanks for being so inconsiderate of your employees who break their back to drive over an hour to work for you.
