Original Comment Really HATE the non-contact personal contact thru internet & phone for service & customer service! Answering service via computer is terrible, WAIT Time Terrible...I've tried all day to reach a PERSON to answer a simple question...WHERE can I pick up a HD BOX & the hours of location!
