Original Comment Called to ask if they were open on Veterans day and all I got was a animated retard that wouldn't let me talk to a real person that is in the Chicago St office. Everyone they connected you to is from out of state. YOU ARE OF NO HELP TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The people that pay for your services are real and should be able to talk to a real person not some recording
