Hello,<br /> I'm writing to praise an employee, Juan Contreras, who recently helped me at the store on Klose Way in Richmond, CA. My partner and I had gone there to get a new smartphone, which went very smoothly, overall. There was a problem porting my previous number to my new phone, and Juan Contreras was amazingly patient through what turned out to be a considerable wait. He took the initiative to try to resolve the problem in several different ways, which was ultimately successful and he was kind and cheerful throughout the whole wait-time. While that problem was being resolved, he changed out our cable box to a new one, patiently answered all our questions and even gave us tips how to use it. He then efficiently helped us negotiate a new cable package at a lower cost, which was also to Comcast's benefit since we have been talking about downgrading to a much cheaper service. So we left there very, very pleased with everything we got, and truly felt like we had been treated respectfully and as valuable customers. In fact, my partner and I agreed that we wished the service we had received that day was more typical of most companies.
