Original Comment Also called to see if they were open on Veterans Day and the person basically said he didn't know. how on earth can you work in customer service and not know your stores hours. Seems like they were in another office out of state. Spectrum you need to update your system if you can't answer simple questions why the hell would we want to keep your service. -5 stars.
