Their website will not allow me to add another payment method due to technical problems. Their website links to items such as contact us do not work. I tried to call but their phone number leads to an automated system only. I am stuck at home with babies and can't get out to go knock on their door. Because payment couldn't be made they charged me more. Called again, during business hours- still no way to reach a person. Everything is automated. If I had a choice other than centurylink in our small town I'd get rid of this company in a heartbeat. HORRIBLE customer service, or rather should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
