Original Comment This location is an unprofessional one. They will give your package to anyone other than someone living in your apartment. A Christmas gift was never delivered to my home because I was not their to receive it and they gave it to someone else without leaving an info notice as to whom they left my package with. This package weighed over 20 pounds. Their call center which is located in another state was not helpful in any way because it took 2 days of calling before they would even start an investigation. My daughter was left with no gift for Christmas because of the incompetence of this location. They offered nothing of service to help me to make me whole. If you expect professionalism than you will never get it here.
