I have had this service for over a year. I get a phone call every month saying there is a problem with our account, even though it is set up for automatic payment directly from our bank account. I have tried to get this stopped; have even been assured we were removed from the list, yet these calls continue. I am also being told that the phone number we were issued is still coming up on caller ID as the previous customer. You would think after a year this could be corrected. We get collection calls for this person all the time. We also have problems with the cable service being disrupted way too often. I understand that sometimes it is due to weather, but even when it is nice outside our "wireless" TV has to be restarted continuously. If there was any other game in town I would definitely change services Not happy with this company.
