Original Comment The driver came 3 days in a row and left a note on the door. I never heard him ONCE. Then there is no way to get in contact with a human at UPS or of anyone at the actual UPS building where the package is due to be returned to shipper today, but to actually drive to Virginia and hope, just hope that the package is still there!!!
