Original Comment Cable, internet and phone in our entire neighborhood in Parkersburg,WV has been going in and out for two weeks now. I have had two service calls scheduled and am waiting on the second. Just found out the problem is not with my house, but with every one else, as well. Called the 800 number and they would not give me the number to my local Suddenlink office, but did change my call ticket to indicate that the problem is with the entire neighborhood. What a cluster...all this took me two hours.
