Horrible Horrible customer service. No way to contact local delivery hub and automated telephone customer service line is incredibly difficult to use. After spending 15 minutes trying to get to a live person, that person is thousands of miles away and absolutely NO HELP. All they do is tell you to file a claim. My problem is that packages are consistently misdelivered. Could be dealt with by a single call to local UPS delivery hub to clear up confusion about addresses, but there is no way to contact them. UPS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL NONBUSINESS CUSTOMERS!
