Original Comment I would like to highly commend the technician, Manali. I have been going to this location to have blood drawn for many years. Blood can be only drawn from my left arm and the only very small viable vein is usually hidden and very elusive to capture. Preparation for having blood drawn always elevates my anxiety level. Manali's expertise in retrieving that vein has been very precise every time. Today I left truly grateful for her kindness, patience and expertise. She is an employee who cares much about her job and the people she meets.
