Original Comment My experiences with the actual people at this location has rally been very good in service' Both with the delivery people and the counter pe0ple. However something really needs to be done in regards to the telephone audio help. It is ridiculously frustrating to have a telephone say to you "I did not understand you." of course you did not understand! you cut me off before I finish my answer! this part of the service is the PITTS! If I had to base my choice of shipping on this, I would seek another venue.
