Original Comment I was just contacted by an employee re: a package delivery. She would not provide me her name.I asked what position she is in and she said I am the manger. I asked for her managers name and was told that he was on vacation and refused to give me his name 3 times. During this conversation she kept interrupting me ans when I asked her to stop she then hung up on me. I would like a call back from someone other than her. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and UPS corporate as well re: this conversation and the lack of customer service and rudeness that I have experienced.
