No other way to explain the Yelm Goodwill Store operation, other than it sucks. The workers appear lazy, their appearance unkept, and they do alot of just meandering up and down aisles in the store. Kind of creepy. Does not say much for the management of that store. If they want a break at the donation door, they bring out a wheeled cart for each vehicle even if only putting one item in the cart. Then they stop accepting all donations as if all carts are full. Told me yesterday they were closing the donation acceptance for an hour. Supposedly to catch up. Do they not know how to stagger break times, etc... so the supposedly charitable business does not lose out on good donations. How much effort does it take to empty a wheeled bin of it's contents onto the correct pile to be sorted. Is the Yelm store so comfortable of the donation supply continuing that they can afford to turn away Valuable donations just to suit the workers wanting to gather and gossip in the back?
