Original Comment It is so hard to get any information anymore. The 800 numbers are not as good as a person and the 800 numbers do not get me in contact with the store location to be able to find out information about my package. I got a not on my door saying no one was home. If they would have rang the door bell my wife would have came to the door as this is a package she has been waiting for for 2 months. It seems to me that COVID as giving people the right or excuse not to do there job or even think outside of the box
