I feel that PNC should find ways to say YES to their customers that look for a loan. Instead they try to find ways to say NO. It is funny how a credit union can find the way to say YES BUT PNC can't. I will NOT be asking PNC for a loan. Prefer to use a local credit union as they have ALWAYS said yes. The underwriters at PNC use all kind of excuses. My credit score according to PNC is 722. I feel it is a good score. I DID get the loan through Landmaark Credit Union and will do all my loans with them. Rates were even lower by 3 points.
