Very frustrating! Called to make an appointment, as each time I've come in the past I am there for about an hour. After numerous teleprompter messages, and following #2 to make all other appointments, I am just looped back to the previous teleprompter and never get to make an appointment. Also frustrated that you do not appear to schedule technicians to all start at 8:00 when your office opens, and presumbably demand is heaviest, as many patients need to fast before blood is taken. Just does not seem like this business is customer-focused at all!!
