UPS returns every package to sender before loading it on a truck for delivery. I purchased a new home, on a new street in a old neighborhood. The post office, Ameren power Co., water, sewer, trash service & police can locate my address, but amazingly UPS cannot. When trying to reach out to UPS, no one is helpful and continually transfer you to other departments. I am extremely unimpressed at how little concern their representatives have for my concern.
