I live on Lincoln St. On the southwest corner of Lincoln st.& Lundy. Lundy st. runs north and south, Lincoln st. runs east and west, the driver delivers a package st the house across the street on Lundy st. Then he drives off headed south, then I look at my smart phone I it reads that the driver made an attempt to deliver but no one was home. The bonehead didn't backup to Lincoln st. where I live,UPS tell your driver to use his head and make an effort to make the delivery at the street that is on the package,teach your driver not make short cuts. I very unsatisfied with UPS, at least Fedex leaves a note on my door.UPS get your act together. Very unsatisfied customer.

I am so pissed at UPS right now. Supposedly UPS attempted delivery yesterday...BUT I was home ALL day, no truck came by, no knock on the door, no doorbell ring, no notice left on my door and none in the mailbox(and I know they don't walk their asses around the neighborhood!), A manager from the local UPS Center on Silverlake called me yesterday to assure me I could pick up between 10am and 1pm TODAY...now when I call the 800 # they said "sorry, they are closed"(even tho I am sitting here looking at the hours of operation for the Silverlake Office for today!!) and "you can pick up on Tuesday"....So I ask if I can just have it delivered on Tuesday..."no sorry you have to wait 5 days after the scheduled pick up time on Tuesday". My animals have medicine coming from Amazon in part of that package...so if my cat dies, I will hold UPS responsible! I will NO longer use UPS for any of my outgoing packages...FEDEX and DHL it is from now on. What a sham! Just because it is a holiday weekend, and that driver wanted to get off shift and home early he decided to NOT stop and deliver my much needed package. I will be contacting my lawyer if my cat dies!
