Original Comment I called the 1 800 # and getting an overseas agent, I asked to speak to an American and they told me they couldn't connect me and to call 1 800 again. Another call I was hung up on, and finally after 23 minutes, I called the local Fruitville Rd # and still I'm not sure if I received a representative from the US. My biggest issue that I find upsetting is when you get basic cable you receive Spanish channels. You already have limited channels but to include Spanish channels for Americans, I find it insulting, Un American, and discrimination. Obvious, the rep couldn't address that issue!
