I returned all of my equipment to this location on 09/14/2014 in which Comcast Reps have placed a hold on my account stating that their missing my internet modem. I can not believe this. I'm sure that whoever's responsible for scanning the equipment has over looked the modem in which now I'm held responsible. Something has to be done and I'm going to fight this because I now live out of the state and I refuse to be taken advantage of in this manner. I've arranged for there to be 2 tickets to be sent over to the warehouse. Hopefully this matter gets resolved. At this point, I and glad that I've disconnected from Comcast. Talk bout excellent-loyal customer service....please.
