Original Comment Don't EVER go here!<br /> Been twice, for two very simple tasks. 1 was to transfer the account from the previous owner to myself. We submitted the paperwork right in the office there and yet they were too incompetent to actually put it into the system. The entire account was still under the previous account holders name (who wasn't pleased since it was taking out automatic payments) and I had to call SIX times to get it straightened out in varies ways. Could not create an online account because there was still the account from the previous owner that was not switched over. The second trip was even more frustrating because I had gone back to return the boxes from the tv service(that we had canceled on the first trip) because you have 30 days to return them. At the time, it seemed fine, but when I looked at the bill for the end of the month, they had never put them in the system so were going to charge me for it! Still getting that resolved... but seriously, go anywhere else. ANYWHERE.
