Original Comment Customer service sucks! Had my cable line ripped off my house from a tree branch. For 6 days now I have no cable Internet or phone! Every day I call and they tell me they will be here tomorrow to fix it! After 6 days still no one comes. Just more lies from them!!!! I am ready to cancel cable and go do dish!!!! Same with my family and friends!!!!! Comcast needs to get in together!!!!!!!!
