Picked up a digital adapter for our bedroom at 1:14 PM today. Made all the right connections. Was unable to activate on-line as link didn't work. Called tech & was told unit was not added to account when we picked it up. After 20 minutes tech said should be all set & then call was dropped. Called back & another tech said was added wrong as "place card" so looks like we own it. She said to call office we went to & gave me a 800 number. Funny.. that number got me to a office in TN, I am in NH. Told only way to resolved is to bring unit back to store as it was "not in inventory"! Had the been processed right the first time, I wouldn't be here at 4:40PM!
