Original Comment had a terrible experience with one of your employees on 4-28-15 am hours. Totally disrespect and was humiliated in front of people. I have tried calling to speak to manager here and the phone is not answered.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Bought furniture, rented a truck only to be told in the most disrespectful way that I could not take it because I had given them the wrong tag and implied I had not spoken to an employee at the register marked closed when in fact she stated I had! This employee is way out of line and took my receipt wanted to give me a refund and I said no I want the piece I purchased, ended up with paying for furniture I did not get, a truck rental payment and a very upsetting situation here at this Skokie store.
