Original Comment I just needing to ask about my account that is now in process of collections how can I get records of billing . I believe someone may have used my information without my permission and I must gonna pay amount that is $305.16 But I need records of bill in for court issues in my behalf just want to keep my credit good . I think when an order is requested and your technicians come to our homes to connect they must request customers to show identification cause now I'm paying out for something I was unaware of credit fraud
