Original Comment This place sucks. I have been trying today to find out if the office is open on Martin Luther King Day (Jan 18th). I've tried calling the 800 number, plus the local number, looking at the website. All I get is a voice run-around an no straight answer. After 20 minutes I have given up. The website says the office is open, but it MAY have different hours today. What does that mean?. Jeez. C'mon people. Either you are open today or you or not. But then, who knows???
