I have had the most disruptive and frustrating experience with Comcast. This location never answers the phone and when I call the customer service number for Comcast I get transferred around multiple times each rep asking the same questions. I had a salesman come to my door and presented a wonderful package which I was going to have installed only to find out that the salesman doesn't work for comcast anymore, the line was never installed, and my phone number was ported to a state which made it impossible to get it back. It has been over a month without a home phone which I use for work. And when I ask to speak to a supervisor, the phone mysteriously cuts out or I get disconnected. It has been the most frustrating experience and as a result I would never recommend their services... beyond the sales call they are incapable of fulfilling the order. My advice....never port a phone number before the service is active and if you don't already have comcast... the sweet deal they promise you is not worth the aggravation apparently necessary in order to set it up.
