Original Comment Media Com: I need a technician to come to my home to fix ON DEMAND, channel 1. I do not have a vehicle to come to your store to pick up equipment if I need be. Channel 1 has not worked since Saturday, June 11. The screen shot indicates to select OK; there is no connection when I enter OK via my remote. I have tried everything including changing the batteries in the remote. The appointment needs to be on Friday, July 1 in the afternoon (after 1 p.m.). I want to rent movies using Channel 1, On Demand and cannot use.
