Greetings,<br /> <br /> My name is Naomi Peden (Moore) and I am writing to submit a written complaint regarding one of your locations. 3901 Vero Road, Baltimore, MD 21227. I had a return item scheduled to be picked up on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. Unfortunately I made a quick run to the store for some needed ingredients for dinner and missed the driver. The driver told my daughter he would be back to pick the item up the next day Thursday, July 7, 2016. I waited at home all day Thursday and no one came. Friday morning at 9:00 a.m to confirm someone was coming and the associate confirmed that someone would come out that day. They also explained I would get a call from the office located on Vero Road. I never received a call and no one came. Saturday, I called again and spoke with a supervisor who explained normally they do not pick up ground packages on Saturday but she would call to see if it was possible due to the inconvenience already provided by your company. She confirmed that someone would come and pick up the package by 4 p.m. I called again at 3:55 p.m. and spoke with another supervisor who attempted to contact the location on Vero Road and she informed me she could not get in touch with anyone and most likely everyone has left for the day. She then notified me someone would come and pick up the package Monday and I would receive a call Monday, July 11, 2016 by 10:00 a.m. The reason for my frustration is I have taken off work 4 days for this package to be picked up. If it was not so heavy I would have dropped it off at one of your locations but I am unable to lift it. I have received false information that has resulted in lost time and personal days from my job due to the associates stating someone is coming! This is unacceptable and I am writing to the BBB, Consumer Protection Bureau and the Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh to file a formal complaint. The lack of concern show to me by the associates is unacceptable. I feel the company has little regard and no respect for someone's time. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this issue at the lower level but have been unsuccessful. All I am asking is for a shipping company to pick up an item.
