Original Comment I went to the McDonald's in Las Vegas NV. on the corner of Mlk and Lake Mead .I chose to go through the drive thru at about 6:30pm It was one of the worst experiences i have had . The girl at the first window was very hard to understand and she messed my order up. When i got to the next window the next girl tried to hand me a ice cream cone which wasn't even mind. then proceeded to hand me another order that was not mine. Then when she had my order it was missing fries and it was never put on from the beginning. She then started to wave my receipt in my face saying you never ordered them. At this point i was so frustrated. i told requested to just add it on and i would give her my debit card. She then stated I DON;T TAKE PAYMENTS at this window with a smirk . I then stated oooooh so your going to make me drive around and walk in i said that fine just get the order ready and she stated nope i don;t take orders from this window. I then requested her name and she said kailee don;t even know if it was cause she didn't have a name tag on very unprofessional. I then went in and placed my order and request to speak to the MOD and she ignored me with such an attitude, another employee said she is the manager on duty. At this point i said if this is the type of employees McDonalds hires as manager her uniform looked like it has never been washed in days and no tag REALLY. it makes me wonder the food that is being served . The burger i had was burnt and tasted like rubber . The cheese burgers we ordered with extra pickles only had the standard two pickles and the dipping sauces for the nuggets they wanted to charge me and they never even put them in the bag.I didn't realize till i got home. Really these people want 15.00 an hour thirty grand a year for this kind of customer service . She should be FIRED for not knowing how to have good customer service skills. I will never eat there again.
