Original Comment Literally the worst experience I have ever had to deal with! I gave specific orders to leave the package at my house without a signature and my package was not delivered! I work and go to school but went out of my way to be home at the time UPS told me my package would be delivered and still the package came at a different time! I got text alerts and everything but nothing was punctual. Customer service clicked on me, the lady was no help anyways since she was unsure of where the package was or how long it will be there for. This place needs better people to communicate and actually know the answers to questions that are asked if they do not know then ask someome don't just click on a customer because you don't wanna deal with them!
