Original Comment For the owner, who would not state his name of this location. I politely, called about another location to find out if it was still opened. You said you could not answer my question. I proceeded to ask you about hours for location and you hung up on me. When I called back to let you know that I needed more information about your location, you rudely told me to "Get on with it because you don't have time for any of this. I asked for a manager, you said you were manager and owner and didn't have time for me or my questions and hung up again. This is not what customer service should be like. You should really rethink how you treat potential customers. You have lost my business, and anyone else's that I come in contact with, including my family and friends. I will be writing a review about how rude you were on the phone.
