Original Comment I received notification from MyID Care that there was a change in my credit report. Apparently this branch had an inquiry on my credit report. After calling the branch, with no answer or response I called the BofA Fraud Department. After several minutes of transfers and holds I finally talked to Tara who was very helpful. It seems that this false branch processed an online application for a credit card from my stolen Security Clearance data/info. I was listed as the primary user and someone who I have no affiliation with was the secondary user. Fortunately BofA had not issued a card as of yet, the application was cancelled and my credit restored.
