UPS don't know what they are doing in business. I went to this place after 5 days of constant communication with their 1-800 number. They moved my box to many different locations and at the end got studied in this place where the employees don't know nothing about what they are doing, no clue where my box was, just told me to wait another 5 days for delivery. I paid for delivery in 3 days not 3 weeks, seriously, and no one seems to care about. The people in the call center don't have a single clue where their packages are ending and neither gives you a decent time frame of delivery. UPS is the great parcel monster we can not fight because of their big business but everyone needs to hear how bad they work and careless they are with customers. Hire people for ever not only for Cyber Monday and the whole company will have happy customers. With me I prefer to send or receive from a Cowboy like in the past before I get services from this people. Hope the managers up high read this and put more attention to customer service.
