Original Comment This location received my letter and check by Express mail Wednesday, October 3, 2018 and instead of crediting my son's account is holding the check and actually doing nothing with the check. I want a response as to why they are just holding the check and not crediting to my son's account. is this another attempt by the Bank of America to add more late charges, when they have continually acted in bad faith on this account?
