Original Comment You have no number or real person contact for situations where a tree fell on your cables and took them down to the street. On Beechwood Dr in Tyler this happened yesterday at 6:30 AM. There is still no sign of any activity to reattach the lines to the new power pole that was put up yesterday. The power was restored mid day yesterday. You guys haven't even lifted a finger, and I cannot talk to a real person that deals with this type of situation. Want to know when you are going to get over there and make repairs, date and time. It is now 10:45 AM on Tuesday,5/21/19.
